Northwest Playground is proud to announce the 1st Annual Mickey Corso Scholarship Fun-Raiser, a new event in Washington created to bring together our community of parks, schools, partners, and industry leaders for a day of connection, competition, and purpose.
This inaugural tournament is more than just a great day on the course. It represents an opportunity to honor a lasting legacy while investing in the future of parks and recreation across our region.
This event is held in partnership with the Washington Recreation and Park Association (WRPA) and supports the Mickey Corso Scholarship Fund.
Mickey Corso’s contributions to parks and recreation continue to influence communities, professionals, and the spaces we help create every day. Through this tournament, we are proud to help carry that legacy forward.
Proceeds from the event directly support emerging and young professionals pursuing further education, training, and leadership development in the parks and recreation field. From continuing education to national programs and certifications, this scholarship helps cultivate the next generation of leaders who will shape our industry.
